Bupa Arabia Mobile app revamp
Before

After

A/B testing
-
Clean: The visual design of the app was deemed to be quite visually appealing, without any issues with readability and clutter. Users where able to differentiate individual flows and interactions simply which was one of the main intentions of this redesign.
-
Easy access to all the products: The user flow that was implemented was simple, and the reviews we got reflected that. The users were quite comfortable with the products included in the app and did not find any difficulty in using them. One specific mention was a really low learning curve, which would help the users get used to the product very quickly.
-
Simple CTAs: From the Heuristic evaluation, we figured out that the CTAs and very obvious and just enough to not divert the user attention and keep the learning curve as low as possible. The + icon gives a one simple was for the user to start a personalised journey.
